Our Daughter (15) Was Recently Diagnosed With Autism; Can Someone Point Me To Some Generic IEP Communication Goals?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Our daughter's autism diagnosis comes late (adopted at 12 with several emotional disturbances (ED) cited, which with her high IQ masked the autism symptoms), but she has an IEP based on her various ED diagnosis's. i'm looking for generic IEP goals specifically pointed towards autism in the area of interpersonal communication - to compare/contrast with existing ED goals to better write her new IEP under Autism as her primary diagnosis with ED as secondary.
thanks
Don

She has now been diagnosed as autistic by two separate psychiatrists and an independent autism education evaluator (as a part of the IEP process); just looking for already established IEP interpersonal communication goals for autistic high schoolers.
