just got a flyer yesterday for a week long camp (different weeks for different ages) for kids with disabilities. I'm still in the process of applying and asking questions....but their website is....

How long do you want the camp to be? My only suggestion would be for a camp in California- so it might be too far for you! But there's one in central California, outside Saratoga, called Via West.... they're great. The longest sessions they have are ten days (live-in)... there are several sessions a month all summer. Might be the wrong side of the continent, but thought I'd mention it! =)
