@A MyAutismTeam Member You're trolling. SOTT.net is a conspiracy theory site. Vaccines do not cause autism. Go take your pseudoscience back to TACA.
DOCTOR Wakefield was also very reputable, so much so his bogus article got published in Lancet. If you research the original paper, it was full of flaws, small sample size (n=12), design had no control and conclusion was purely speculative. But he was a reputable doctor from London and he got his stuff published and here we are 20 years on dealing with outbreaks when close to eradication like the small pox. hopefully we will not have to see children suffer from polio. I recently read about a child with tetanus because of antivax parents.. just sad!!
There is no vaccine for scarlet fever. My vaccinated kids had it. Also, none of my kids have been vaccinated for the plague.
Anyone can claim “independent review” and call whom they want to review. Unbiased peer review by someone you do not know is the way to go. Unfortunately Wakefield’s bogus/now debunked claim was made in 1998 and only retracted by the lancet in 2010. The damage had been done by then. It was later found that Wakefield did it for monetary gains. His “research” was funded by lawyers for parents that were suing vaccine companies for other reasons, anyway you’ll choose to believe what you want to believe.. as I said, statements by a few people affiliated by CDC does not make it a statement from the CDC.. here is the CDC’s stand on this matter, and this is a link directly to their site:

Actually he had it independently reviewed. Don't let your own bias distort facts. He is very reputable and kind and honest. If you choose not to review the thousand or so studies that prove they do including the CDC's own published articles then I cna't help you but don't deter those who wish to choose science over money
