Does anyone have any suggestions for sleeping all night other than melatonin. Any suggestions on how to get my daughter to sleep in her own bed?
Make a game two coloms each side will have some like dark / light
Cold / warm
Picture Dovet/ no picture Dovet
Then ask her to pick her choice . These stuff might mean small to you but mean big to her environment. Get that right get a happy , more importantly safe feeling child to sleep cosy and enjoy the bed room on her own x good luck
I know it sounds worse then melatonin but my son had to be put on 0.1 mg of colodine. Until he was given this medication he would really be up till early morning hours. Now he sleeps and sleeps well. I laid in his bed till he would fall asleep and then slip out to my bed. After a week or 2 of doing this he became completely fine being in his room as long as he had his door open. He sleeps better. I hope this helps you. I will have y'all in my thoughts and prayers.😇ðŸ¤
Do you mean clonodine? We used to give that to my son as well. It worked better than melatonin, which we found out shouldn’t be given every night or they will build up a resistance to it. We were told if the melatonin didn’t work to stop giving it for 2-3 nights (such as on a weekend) then reintroduce it. I was also told to try warm baths (to help with relaxation prior to bedtime) with epsom salts to address what was a magnesium deficiency.
