It seems to me that his right to a free and proper education has been violated. I would respond that due to a policy that is detrimental to my childs health the school is incapable of providing the free and proper education that my child is entitled to, and that they must find and pay for him to attend a school that is able to do so.

They are violating all kinds of laws with mandatory vaccinations. They don't care ($$$) and the judges are afraid to rule these draconian laws unconstitutional (vialation of freedom of religious expression, body autonomy, right to an education etc.).

Science proves vaccines are not as safe and effective as they claim. They have made vaccination into a religion. If you believe in vaccination, you should have the right to get it. If you don't, you should be able to opt out. Freedom from the $medical$ mafia tyranny!

Measles is a vitamin A deficiency just as the flue is a vitamin D3 deficiency. Sanitary conditions in countries like India tax the immune system to the point where it's not able to fend off infections and people may die. This is not the case in the Western world.

With sanitary improvements, food refrigeration, better personal hygiene, infectious disease in the West was reduced to very low levels in the 1950's when the vaccinations started. First there were 2 shots and now it's 69 shots in New York - soon to be 72 shots to age 18.

This is MADNESS for $$$. We have traded infectious disease for chronic disease. Autism is an epidemic growing super fast every year. 54% of American children have chronic conditions and take medications (chemicals). Just remember one simple fact of modern life: disease is profitable, health is not. Mandatory vaccinations means guaranteed business.

The pharma-medical mafia doesn't want you healthy because that's bad business. It's up to us individually to wise up to this.

Disabled Child Denied Medical Vaccine Exemption Kicked Out of NY School

Nine-year-old Ameer Hamideh has been kicked out of the CHC Learning Center in Buffalo, New York because he does not have all the vaccines mandated by the state of New York for children his age. Ameer, who has cerebral palsy and also suffers from a rare seizure disorder called Lennox Gastaut Syndrome (LGS), cannot get vaccinated because the vaccines would aggravate his seizures and possibly kill him.1 2
Ameer’s father, Ali Hamideh, told a local TV station that, “He was vaccinated the first couple years of his life. After the vaccines, started getting seizures. His body couldn’t tolerate it. It would make it a lot worse, chance of hospitalization, even a chance of death.” He added, “He’s obviously disabled, but he’s very smart..being out of school, he’s very hurt.”1
