Ex. She eats hot dogs , mashed potatoes, cereal, milk, bananas.
And chips, cookies..junk food

I remember those days, it’s hard, but crazy, looks like she’s getting her essential electrolytes from the foods she eating. As for the junk, sugar, our brain needs it too, in moderation.
I remember during those times, I used to give my son a chewable Gummy Vitamin. He did fine, he survived.

My 15 year old granddaughter still doesn't like strawberries, tomatoes, or cucumber.

My daughter is still a picky eater. She never liked fruits and vegetables so I used to give her the Gerber baby food pouches that had mixed vegetables and fruits. She liked that so it helped. Over time the food preferences will change. One day they will love something so much then the next they don't. It's not easy keeping up. Whenever you get opportunities to present new foods just leave it out around your daughter. Some things she may come near, touch, smell etc. Then she may actually taste it. It helps to ease their anxiety about new foods.
