Any medication suggestions for aggression and hyperactive? She doesn't harm herself but she likes to harm others by grabbing their hands and digging her nails into the skin and likes applying chin pressure onto ones hand to the point that it hurts. I've noticed that she seems more aggressive when she is about to start her menstrual cycle. She has been prescribed clonidine(patch) because she doesn't swallow oral medication but it is not helping.
