Any apps or suggestions to improve fine motor movements

My 12-year-old is dangerously aggressive and the meds that worked for years no longer work now that he's hit puberty. Our team is talking about admitting him to an in-patient program for 30 days to safely work him off of the medications he is taking and then add in new medications that might work better for him. I have a question for parents who have or had a high functioning, fully verbal autistic preschooler. My little boy has been in ABA since March and has made amazing gains, so much so that there are days I feel he doesn't even fit his diagnosis anymore, or that he could lose it at some point. I am interested in signing up my daughter for swimming lessons. She loves the water and I notice that she tries to float on her own, but I am not sure If she is capable of succeeding in that due to her lack of listening skills. Is there any other mothers out there that has a child with autism and has them in swimming lessons?

Max nearly drown last week at a friend's house with a locked back door and pool fence in place, following some older kids outside. He lowered himself feet first into the deep end and would have drown if his 7 year old sister hadn't pulled him out and wrestled him to the ground (he was determined to get back in the pool). She tends to do okay once she’s asleep. Sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night but she’s alert. She woke up today at 5am after sleeping since 9:30 last night. She was crying and throwing herself on her bed. It was like when she had a meltdown. I don’t believe she was in pain. My adult son (24 years of age) has trouble functioning in basic life skills. He has extremely poor short term memory. He is forgetful, loses, misplaces things. He says he does not "track" and cannot perform ordinary, mundane tasks as others do. He is very troubled by this and is searching for answers to this problem.
