Hello, we've heard great things about the school districts in Irvine. My 5 year old daughter was diagnosed with moderate ASD. She's been in a special day class in San Leandro, CA and has been in every type of service since she was initially diagnosed (private OT, ABA, Speech and music therapy). It's been 5 months since my 3 years old son was diagnosed with ASD and he will start soon getting ABA 🙂
The ABA provider is recommending us 25h/week (center+home based). He will be starting as well a bridge ABA classroom at the public school in September (+25h weekly too)

What age did you notice something was wrong?
15-18mo I noticed words starting to decrease. I also noticed my little one like to spin objects (contantly).
Potty training may be the death of me..ahhh!

I am about to go against doctor's advice and use melatonin. Not to put her to sleep but put her back to sleep when she wakes up . What amount should I give a two year old

Melatonin probably wouldn’t work in your situation. It only works if you’re trying to sleep.

Applied to the IHSS program since now im really in need for help but never thought i had to pay a fee so they could the paper work process.
I didn’t pay for anything. I only paid to get fingerprinted.
My son loves stickers and bus rides but better is train journey
He likes watching Youtube videos, listening to music, making animation using Stick Node, dancing, ice skating, swimming, eating, and being tickled. Lol.
