Sleep Troubles With ASD?

I know trouble sleeping is a common problem for people with ASD. My 3 year old at least once a night (most nights) wakes up for a good 45 min anywhere from 1 am to 3 am. She doesn't cry but just starts loudly talking or singing to herself (let me tell you, a 3 year old singing "Naaaaaants igonyaaaaaaaama bagithi babaaaaa!" from the Lion King on Broadway at 3 am sounds like it'd be funny, but it's not. πŸ˜₯).

This one may be a weird choice but CBS Radio Mystery Theater puts me to sleep. People telling a story knocks me out and my 10 year old ASD daughter listens to it, too, when she can't sleep. It's more like white noise to kids.

I'm in same predicament my daughter doesn't sleep shes on meds She is out of school due to behavioral issues but very soon here I'm thinking take her off her meds and give her cbd for insomnia meds dont mix with cbd so it's one or other I feel so bad that she cant sleep
