Moving To Texas

My family is thinking about relocating to Texas. I’m curious how public school special needs education is? We’ve been looking around San Antonio, possibly Austin.

My daughter is 11, moderate functioning and semi verbal. She’s in a special needs class right now with 12 kids, 3 teachers.
