What Schools Would You Recommend In The Raleigh, NC For A High Functioning ASD Child Going Into Kindergarten?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

We are considering a move to the Raleigh, NC area this summer. My 4 1/2 year old son was diagnosed with ASD (high function) this past December. We are currently in a really good school district in NJ and are feeling nervous about being able to find a comparable school. He currently has an IEP. Would love feedback, recommendation for schools in the Raleigh, NC.

How Do I Teach A Four-year-old To Tell Me What's Wrong Rather Than Screaming Uncontrollably?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My four-year-old with autistic disorder screams unctontrollably when she's angry or aggravated. BTW, she is verbal and can speak in sentences (lots of echolalia, though.) I know she CAN tell me what's wrong… read more
