My daughter doesn't really like most sauces or broths, but loves smoothies, yogurt drinks, pizza, tacos, chicken nuggets, yogurt, grilled cheese, eggs with rice, thankfully also carrots, cucumbers, asparagus, broccoli, peas, and occasionally bell peppers and most fruits. I'm also autistic and much more sensory avoiding than her and for me it's all about finding enjoyable flavors with enjoyable textures. I can eat most things at this point as long as they're not slimy, mushy, or spongy.
