Try breaking him in at home with clothes he will tolerate. Maybe some silky boxers or boxer briefs and a very very soft broken cotton t-shirt. Then what does he love? Use that as reward for any small step in the direction for clothing tolerance at home. If he loves a cartoon character or an animal of some sort see if you can find clothing that features this preferred object. Small steps of progress at home then venture out. OT should help with this ( but ive never had good luck with OT 😉). Hope this helps maybe a little or at least gives you a starting point of help. He will get better with this! But then you will move on to different stuggles😊
