My son is 7 yo with autism and ADHD. I just noticed that he is missing a patch of eyebrow, has anyone else experienced that and what helped? He has also commented in the past that he doesn’t like to sleep because his eyelashes bother him.

Trichotillomania is the diagnosis. Usually due to anxiety. Can try to detract your child, but likely does alone and may not be aware when he does it. ? Anxiety medication. Hope this helps
