I have an idea to start a school/center for kids and adults that are non-verbal or struggle to communicate and are NOT getting the academic rigor that they so deserve. What do you think

I’m actually going to check with Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin too.
It starts with the candidate pool. I would suggest reaching out to Chick Fil A and asking them how they are able to pick out the most personable employees.
