Help! What Over The Counter Med. Helps Control Menopausal Hot Flashes & Night Sweats? What Have You Used That Works?

This past week menopause has officially started & the hot flashes are awful. I’m only getting about 3 hours of sleep each night & can barely function through the day.

BLACK COHOSH IT works PLEASE BLIEVE I KNOW THE FEELING! Walmart or Dollar Gerneral lol RUN! Spring Valley or Nature's Bounty is the one i uses🙃.

Vitex or chaste tree berry supplement is supposed to be good. I used it for some other female issues a few years ago and found it effective.
