This past week menopause has officially started & the hot flashes are awful. I’m only getting about 3 hours of sleep each night & can barely function through the day.

Vitex or chaste tree berry supplement is supposed to be good. I used it for some other female issues a few years ago and found it effective.

Oh no! That doesn't sound fun :( If I take after my mom, I've got at least 15 years before I need to worry about that. She didn't start the change until she was 56, not even 10 years ago! :-O She was lucky and didn't start her cycle until she was almost 15...makes me jelly 😏 I'm glad mine waited until I was 13, at least. I read so many stories about kids going through early puberty it ain't funny! Those poor kiddos :( Hope you find some relief and soon! 😊
