Same here at almost 12. My son did # 2 in the toilet from 5-7 and then had to have an ear surgery and regressed and lost most progress. Right now we are working on just make the room & experience of being in there positive.....

Mine got potty trained at about 2 but we did it the hard way by letting him pee himself so he got the idea of something being wrong, it was messy but only took a few days for him to get the idea!

My son is 8 and we're still working on it. We've seen progress and regression but we're still trying.

My son was trained at just over 4, too…a blessing as he was starting pre-k & they wouldnt have taken him had he not been potty trained. I had him wear Pull ups anyway for about his 1st month there…

I don't know the percentage of kids on the spectrum when it comes to potty training. My son was trained at 4 almost 5 years old. They all train at a different pace just like Neuro typical kids.
