Help my ex wont give my son his meds on the weekends or vacation time he has him. so my son goes days without it and comes home more upset and violent with his sisters and me. I have try to talk to his father about making sure that he gets it but got told that he can give it to himself which the doctor says no because of where he is on the spectrum. I have tired talking to DFCS where I live and got told they cant do anything because I have the child most of the time. What else can I do because… read more
It is a form of negligence called medical negligence, I believe, for a parent to not give meds. I’m shocked that DCFS won’t do anything! CPS? My ex is the same but my child is only on meds when she is… read more

My 7 year old daughter has been crying and screaming when we tell her that she can’t do something. She has to ask us before she can just get and use things. She gets so upset when we tell her “no” that she starts screaming and crying. So we ignore this behavior? Thank you for your kind words.

Lately not doing what we requested and wanting to go out all the time (again used to have when Jas was little, just interest is going out)
Sean has a processing and expressive delay. It gets frustrating. But I need to remind myself…. Be patient!
