I am having difficulty organizing my thoughts for a preliminary evaluation with the pediatrician. I feel like I have such a long laundry list I'm having a hard time approaching it. Tips?

As embarrassing as it's becoming my son is always trying to play with his privates. It's so much we are having a hard time taking him anywhere without getting disgusted looks. Also, my 13-year-old grandson is home schooled and has no friends other than family and his puppy. Is there any kind of social activities he and others can attend? Are there any churches who may have Youth Meetings where kids can meet and greet, maybe dance and sing or play card and board games>
