It occurs to me that letting the older kids read (selectively of course) some of the questions and responses may help them understand not only the common threads but also the thoughts and concerns of parents of children on the spectrum.

My son is 7 years old. He only eats certain. He simply refuses to eat foods that we eat. Right now dinner consists of pizza or chicken nugget and french fries. He loves some fruits so we give him as much as he would eat but definitely no veggies and the typical dinner foods. Any suggestions?

What are some of your favorite things that help you relax? What do you do to take care of mom?
