Anyone successful in getting their kids to do physical activities or exercise to prevent obesity? If so, what has worked for you? My daughter is on the heavier side, not overweight or obese yet but I worry she’s heading that way. Swimming is something we’re planning to do regularly this summer. Any other suggestions? I am looking to put my son in something fun he sees his sister go to gymnastics and I feel sad. He is non verbal and I have no idea what to put him in other than swim classes.
I am afraid people will not understand him or watch him either.

My daughter is 3 almost 4 she’s non verbal and has asd and developmental delayed she won’t keep clothes or pull ups on and loves to smear poop on windows and walls I’ve tried to sit her on the toilet she just cries once she reached down and grabbed poop before it hit the toilet water and smeared it on the bathroom walls how can i potty train her?

I have an Autistic son who turned 18 in 12/22. He is finishing his schooling years in June of 2023 with services offered until 2026. The post secondary program does not warrant much help for those on the spectrum. Many end up going back to the high school environment where there is an autsim program. We are looking to move out of state (from Maryland to the west coast of Florida). When your ASD kiddos/Teens(Not so much adult) went through growth spurts, what behaviors or symptoms did they have? Were any of them worrisome?
