If you have tried B12 shots please share your story? My husband and I are considering trying the shots with our son after we meet with the DAN doctor. We are just very hesitant about giving out son a shot every 3 days. Did anyone see any results and how soon? Thanks for sharing

Has anyone tried n-acetylcysteine for autism? I have read that these interventions may help and there is clearly some data in the literature supporting their use.

My 5 years old daughter is diagnosed recently with mild autism. She already has ADHD and language disorder. She takes speech therapy. She is advanced academically and like playing with other people board games and hide and seek. For those of you whose children responded to the methyl B12 injections, how soon did you notice a difference? My DD is participating in a research study and we won't know until the end of October whether she is getting the mB12 or the placebo. And I have noticed that the last 4 shots sites look kind of like patchy eczema. She has scratched them so much they are starting to crack and bleed. Is this normal or could it be an allergic reaction to them? I plan on calling her DAN! Doctor tomorrow, but I thought that I will see if anyone has been through this or even knows something about it.
