We moved to Lancaster County from out of state and are looking for some type of group that our Asperger's tween girl can meet up with other girls around her age?
Our son started a new school last week and met a very sweet young lady that has become quite sweet on him very quickly. She is sending the googly eyes and little hints that he is oblivious to and today asked him to go with her to the homecoming dance. When we talk about it with him, he believes that we are teasing but we juat want to make sure he understands what is going on. Any advice?

I am also looking for a daycare provider for after preschool that is equiped to handle his special needs. Every avenue that I have called has either placed him on a waitlist or routed me in circles to someone else. I feel lost and do not know how to help my son. Any suggestions you… read more
