Sorry that you're going through this; I don't know the details, but you should have a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) who would do that leg-work for you.

You bet your bottom dollar change in routine is horrible for the autistic Child. Any pyshcologist that specializing in autism will agree. You can google sight after sight, read book after book to know. I am so sorry that you are going thru this.

Also, if your son has a therapist; maybe they could write a letter to the court addressing the issue along with appropriate suggestions and recommendations.

Have your attorney file a motion for an emergency hearing. It should not have to wait for 4-6 months. Push your attorney hard. It's their job!
