Coconut Milk Product Successes With Diet Change In This Area?

There is a tapioca based shredded cheese that is the best sub I have tasted, but it's really hard to find a good substitute cheese product I agree.

we took him off of yogurt mostly, because he would eat one after the other nonstop. we bought some soy cheese, but it doesnt taste that great, so still in search for a cheese like product. he was drinking lactaid, but now were back on coconut milk.

or Cassava excuse me, not tapioca, although tapioca is made from cassava

My daughter is on a very restricted diet. We use coconut milk as a beverage and in cooking, and use coconut oil in place of butter or shortening. It's yummy!
