Rex, currently, uses Benadryl to get to sleep. Doctor, also, oked Dramine if needed. We use white noise, heartbeat and a fan to help.
My daughter turns five in April and still doesn't sleep through the night. She is on two medications to help her get the REM sleep she needs :(
5am comes early. My suggestion is to consider what to do if the sleep thing does not improve. I have had to learn to go to bed much, much earlier. Sorry :(
My son is 20 and I am 69. We both use Dyphenhydramine over the counter it sells as alergy medicine less than 5 bucks for 25Mg we have two scripts but for only one buck I found Healthy Sense Relax and Sleep with thriple the potency of Super Slumber of Puritans Pride and it is where I would start.
Try Melantonin 1/2 mg
Melatonin really worked for us. Hannah started taking it when she was about 3 or 4. Ask your doctor about dosage.
I forgot to mention warm bath with lavender lotion afterwards. We tried melatonin, but it didn't work on him. We didn't try it sublingual though. I will have to discuss it with hid doctor. Thank you
No. normally he doesn't take naps. Only, if he is sick.
