Has Anyone Had Any Problems With Foot Getting Stuck In Crib Rails While Sleeping?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My granddaughter is not ready for a toddler bed but keeps getting traumatized when her foot gets wedged in between the slots of the crib. We have tried wide, breathable cloth bumper pads... She is very oral so not sure what else to try? Any suggestions would be great... please.

I've heard of people cutting and tying those swimming noodles around the crib, however I think this will be super attractive thing to chew on. Not sure if she would have the urge to chew on it or not.

if it's a wooden crib try polishing it to help make it slick. Maybe then she would be able to pull her feet out by herself. I think that there is a product similar to plexiglass that you can put on the outside of the crib to keep things from going through the slats, kind of like you would do on stair railings. Hope that helps :)
