My daughter has had about 11 methyl b12 shots so far. She has had a reaction to the shots and the her DAN! Doctor is switching her to the hydroxy b12. Her reaction is a patch of eczema at the site of the injection, which doesn't go away for about a week each shot. She scratches them until they bleed. She had a nice difference since on the shot. @dianesaggio12, my daughter has already been on the gfcf since she was 18 months and she did well with it so far. The meds I mentioned are part of the DAN! protocol. I researched it and many parents recovered their children with them. My daughters DAN! Doctor (also a pediatrician) prescribed them. She said they are safe because they are just vitamin b. About the eczema, my daughter never had any until she started the shots. And, the eczema is only showing at the injection spot.
@diane21, thank you I will look into that. She has an appointment with her DAN! Doctor next friday and I will ask her about them.
@YardiaC, she is on a high potency probiotic. Her doctor has her on Klaire Labs Ther-biotic complete powder probiotics.
