Has Anyone Tried Enzymes With Their ASD Children?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

For those of you that noticed positive changes do you have any recommendations as to what brands/types of enzymes you had success with? My son is a very picky eater so my concern is putting the powder from the capsules on his food as that might cause him to limit his foods even more. Anyone have any luck with the chewable enzymes that are available?

We use chewzymes and another kind I can't remember. I get them on amazon, nothing fancy. They aren't bad, but not good either. Like a non-sweet smartie. It does seem to help prevent the headaches and behavior/aggitation that happens if he eats gluten. I know of another kid who enzymes made a huge unbelieveable difference (I saw the change). ALso seems to sleep better if an enzyme is given with his other medicine and melatonin...

We just started using vital zymes chewables by Klaire labs, it's only been 2 weeks and I'm not sure how I can tell if it's working.
