Thanks so much...I will look for this book. I figured I will have to train myself but was able to find a great play therapist that deals with anxiety.

I like Tony Attwood's "Exploring Feelings" video (which I borrowed from a school parent library). It gives household tools for fighting against irrational thoughts using tools as a visual.
