If the struggle is great which I sense it is -- then call the School Board -- request immediate mediation to solve or ammend the IEP issues or lack thereof, then if that request is not reponded to in 5 school days, then phone the school board office back and request Due Process. Also do not hesitate to Phone the Department of Education -- I will look their links up for you :
