My son has been on Paxil for about 18 months. It has really done wonders for his anxiety. I wasn't able to get him out of the house before, and while he still doesn't love going out of the house, he isn't terrified of it. And he can go into buildings now without too much stress. His Dr. said he doesn't love Paxil though (he didn't prescribe it, another Dr. did, but since he was responding so well, he left him on it).
