Is It PICA?

My youngest son has regressive autism and he has always put things in his mouth & yes despite best efforts he has eaten non-food items, but this tops anything he's done before. I woke up at 3:00 am, I was going to the kitchen when I noticed the fish bowl was empty. By empty I mean no water & no beta. I looked everywhere for the fish. I don't have any answers for this...my daughter, only eats food...and we have to hide it...a lot...but..pls know you are in my prayers!! Hugs mama!!
