My insurance is NJ based but we live in PA. My insurance requires provider to be NJ based. Either NJ based with offices in PA or willing to travel to serve Philadelphia suburbs

sorry didn't finish. Or contact different BCBAs and ask if they provide consultative services and/or supervision…then contact universities in your area about BCBA students who would be willing to work with you and be supervised by the out of state BCBA...

Not sure you would find an ABA provider..but you might find a RDI provider as most of them work through videos and occasional meetings for assessments.
