Any Reimbursement For Vitamins, Omega And Probiotics
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi I wonder if there is way to get the insurance to pay for vitamins, probiotics and omega that are recommended by our doctor.

Any advise is appreciated
Thanks

My insurance denied coverage to the probiotics. Then the dan doctor called to get an authorization and we got it. It covered some which helps. I'm submitting the b12 shots to the insurance to see if al least will count towards the deductible.

The doctor never wrote a prescription because he says it will not be covered by the insurance. i get it from natural food stores. no need for prescription. They cost ALOT!
