A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

What do you give your children in substitute of whole milk?

I've tried the store bought almond milk and my son doesn't do good on it. And I've heard to keep asd children off dairy. So does anyone have any ideas?! Thanks so much :)

We use coconut milk with vanilla. He loves it and I cook with it as well. It works for us. Don't use rice milk, they find arsenic in it. A report came out about 2 years ago on it. I'm sure you can goggle it.
