Which we would love to take him there but we got to be real on the time of waking him up and the travel for him twice a day. I'm not a lawyer, but if he is on an IEP, the IEP team needs to determine placement. If his IEP calls for this specific school, and/or if there isn't another suitable school for him, you might have an argument to keep him at his current placement. Good luck!
