There's a category on that the special needs apps site called Scheduling, where they list a few dozen scheduling apps, with ratings.

This may not be the intent of your question, but for parents, there is always Birdhouse for Autism, which is the most trusted health journaling/tracking/scheduling app for special needs parents out there.

I use two apps called irewards and Visual Shedules. Both allow to upload photos for visual cues and my son responds well.
