My 10 ur old,nonverbal, with severe developmental delay, child can play with my smartphone,and take himself to his "game" sites. Is there a specific person,or an organization, in ft smith ar., that could assist him in learning computer skills, that would allow him to learn? Those he is in the "5th" grade, he doesn't even know letters or numbers!
