Sometimes, it disrupts sleep. After the fist 3 days her body adjusted.

That's great to hear! We were asked to consider it in 8 more weeks if her tantrums don't get better. I am looking into it so I can be fully informed.

We did. We used it to reduce meltdowns. We used it for 4 months and then, I felt they were regulated so we stopped. She still has them, but no a lot. I was happy with the results.
