We are having a terrible time keeping track of the tons of emails, meetings, phone conversations, action items and incidents related to our son's school. Does anyone know of a good piece of software that will help us track these things in a searchable database? I'm almost thinking of something like a CRM system used in call centers.
Microsoft Outlook with the calendar? Use the sort function of an Excel table? I'm an idiot with technology but I can do that stuff.
