Information On Special Needs Trust And Guardianship In New Jersey
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My son turned 17 this year and his mom and I are looking for information for setting up special need trust and guardianship in the state of NJ. Has anyone done this on their own? Using a lawyer can be very expensive. Any recommendations??

Thank you
John

PROJECT F.I.S.T. Is a program for queens county that does Guardianship for free. Give them a call at (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) and find out if they have a office in New Jersery that can help you good luck.

I would call legal aid and see if they can help you. I do not if you can set these documents your self but check the internet.
