I wrote some children's books on Autism and would like donate a percentage of my profits to an Autism based organization. I want to know what organization will use the money to benefit the Autistic community and not solely the families of those with ASD. Thoughts?

You can go with a local organization if you want. I have a few around my area where they pay for activities for the children when they are on school vacation so the parents don't have to pay. I am sure there are some around you.
