Hi all! I currently live in Costa Rica, and I'm analyzing a job opportunity in Garland, TX. I'm very concerned about my son's therapies (ABA, speech and occupational) because here they are affordable, but in the U.S., from what I've heard, full-time therapy is almost unpayable if you don't have insurance.
