Never craigslist. Possibly care.com but just because they have experience on paper...check their references and spend time with them around your son for awhile before one on one. Let them know you will have cameras in the house, even if you dont, but get some if you can. Our non verbal kids needs extra protection:)

Never alone with a stranger- have voice and video accessibility at all times. Let the person know they are being recorded and you can see the live feed.
