I have not heard of agencies that specialized. What do you want them to do? One thought would be to find a regular nanny agency and outline special conditions for autism that are needed and maybe request someone who grew up with a special needs family member or has ABA experience. If you need someone to do less meal making/ house chores and more managing your child to help with homework and everything, you might consider after school ABA at home. They would have a supervisor. Insurance may cover it, it might fit more what you need. They can’t pick him up from school though.
