You can buy an individual health insurance for your child and make sure that it covers the therapy you are seeking. Can't recommend a specific company. I don't think insurance companies cover some more unusual or experimental treatments but most now cover ABA therapy. If your employer offers health care insurance that is cheaper than getting private insurance yourself on the healthcare marketplace (Obamacare).
At least you're better off in Georgia now. We left the state in 2016 because ABA therapy wasn't available in the insurance coverage. We were told we would have to pay $40K/year to have ABA therapy which angered us a lot at the time.
