Care Home give liquid vitamins to nonverbal son and which he likes taking but at the moment won't take the Omega 3,6,9 vitamin and thinking getting him smaller capsules?
How do you convince your child?

I give my adult son multivitamins gummies every day.

To bad ash doesn't eat any food that vitamins can mix into... Lol cant mix into her produce 😂 hopefully shell eat more than 8 things as she ages...

omega probably tastes funny. We grind pills up and put them in maple syrup and a little water like a liquid med. But, I wonder i the omega would taste funny even with syrup.

My sons have been taking gummy vitamins or chewable ones.

I’ve always put liquid vitamins mixed into yogurt. I also use a pill crusher for chewable vitamins & mixed into yogurt. There is no struggle & almost all supplements come in liquid form.
