It is hard not to stress about therapy. But I feel it*s overrated often like here*s your autism bandaid.... If you find a good, caring, knowledgeable therapist get all you can. But definitely recognize and consider your child's comfort level and yours because a lot of these therapists are not as good as they will tell you they are and kids who are exhausted are not receptive to therapy. I hope you find some good ones and have positive experiences.

The therapy center my son goes to has all the therapies there for him. It is a ABA therapy center.
